If you ever come across a character called Santosh K. Bungay from Bungay Enterprises, Project Manager run as fast as you can. He goes under DotNetDating Specialists | Software/Web Development & Customization| Shared/ Dedicated Hosting.

He comes off being as sweet as he can be, but once he has your website, he will not tranfer it and will let it go to ruin. I made the mistake of buying a website from a company called DotNetDating. This was to be a dating website. I was ripped off to begin with when I originally had it built. I was told this would cost $400, but when the time came to remove the money from my bank, they removed $800 without even telling me.

I didn't do anything, because of friend of mine worked with the gentleman who originally put this website together. I was then told that there were many inherent software bugs and I would have to pay more money in order to get it fixed. That is when I was referred to Santosh Bungay from Bungay Enterprises. Santosh said he would fix the site for $100.00. I paid Santosh the money and he hosted my site. I am a teacher and I designed that site for my students, so they could have it free of charge and meet other students in the Ohio area. I had a substantial amount of students on it, when the server crashed and I lost almost everyone.

I was a bit disappointed and tried contacting Santosh, but it took days before he answered. When he finally answered me, he said he had problems with a crash and it was my responsibility to have backed it up. I told him I was not happy with what had happened and I was finally going to start making some money with the site, because I was going to host a speed dating event and now everything was ruined. I asked him for some free time to compensate what had happened. He told me he would give me three free months, but then I had to find another hosting company, because he would no longer deal with dotnetdating and all the problems they encountered. When I found someone to host the site, Santosh would not respond.

He ignored all emails and all calls from the new hosting company and eventually just removed my website. I lost a great deal of money because of Santosh and his evil tricks. Of course, he is in Canada and he knew it would be next to impossible for me to take him to court over this, so I had to eat it. My students have suffered, because they lost their ability to correspond with each other. MY ADVICE TO YOU IS TO AVOID DOTNETDATING , BUNGAY ENTERPRISES AND AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH ANY COMPANY OUTSIDE of your own country.

If something goes wrong like in my instance, you have no recourse unless you want to travel to that country and pay big money to sue them. Santosh Bungay is a ripoff and should be exposed to the public.

Santosh Bungay Wizgod takes Revenge Retaliates by still Creating Spam two years later

Here we are almost two years later and Santosh Bungay has created an overwhelming amount of spam pages with my name on them for the purpose of getting me in trouble with Google.

He has created pages with my name in them leading to porn sites, he has created pages with my name being duplicated numerous times, etc. He has created every type of spam with my name on it that is imaginable. His retaliation is unbelievable. He continues to produce spam as revenge for this RipoffReport.  

GOOD THING FOR GOOGLE ALERTS!
I have had my name, words relating to this RipOffReport, and every word registered with Google Alerts that Santosh could create for the past couple of years. Each time Santosh creates a page, I simply report the page to Google with a note saying that I did not create the page and Google takes care of it.

I'm keeping a close eye on Santosh this time to make sure that he does not proxy hack this RipoffReport off of Google like he did last time.

Everyone should use Google Alerts for the purpose of being informed of any illegal activity that anyone should create.

Keep it up Santosh, but your efforts are in vain!

Wouldn't it simply be easier to make amends and offer a solution to this problem?

I can keep up as long as you can!

Would you consider dealing with someone like Santosh?

Would you want to get involved with a person who refuses to make good on something evil they did?

In answer to Santosh's statements, below is the truth and my answers.


SANTOSH SAYS: As far as losing $1000 - this was NOT a result of doing business with myself, Santosh Bungay (Wizgod Inc./Bungay Enterprises Inc.)

ANSWER: Read the report again Santosh, I never said I paid you $1,000.00 stop making up stories.

SANTOSH SAYS: Peggy Muraco was given countless hours of additional support for NON Wizgod Inc. related issues at no charge to help her out because of the non-profit nature of adateforme.com.

ANSWER: You're joking aren't you?
When did this take place? I must have missed it. The truth is, I was not able to get in contact with you.


SANTOSH SAYS: Wizgod Inc. had a server failure.
ANSWER: YOU CAN SAY THAT AGAIN AND THIS IS WHEN THE ENTIRE PROBLEM STARTED. Do you not think that you should not be held liable for this? You never told me to back up my website! Why don't you back up websites and save yourself the problems in the future for losing content like mine if you don't have a reliable server?

SANTOSH SAYS: Two of Wizgod Inc.'s DotNetDating hosted sites chose to host elsewhere.
ANSWER: ONLY TWO SANTOSH? WHO WERE THE ONLY TWO?

SANTOSH SAYS: 14. Since Wizgod Inc. does not back up DotNetDating image/media content, adateforme.com member pictures were not recoverable.

ANSWER: Pictures were not recoverable, but what about their personal information that you took?
TRUTH: Santosh, you took all of my students' phone numbers, and all personal information and you will not give it back.

SANTOSH SAYS: 15. Peggy Muraco was given 3 months free hosting for the inconvience of having members re-upload their pictures.

TRUTH: What good was that if you refused to transfer the website and answer any emails and phone calls from us?

SANTOSH SAYS: 17. Peggy Muraco was charged $100 for the original bug fixes and $24.99/mo. hosting.
ANSWER: That's what the report says. What is your point here?

SANTOSH SAYS: 18. All DotNetDating hosting accounts were cancelled due to the excessive number of issues with the software itself resulting in clients unjustifiably complaining the issues were Wizgod Inc. related simply because Wizgod Inc. was a company able to provide 3rd party development for the DotNetDating software and was hosting their website.

ANSWER: YOU ADVERTISED YOU WERE THE WIZGOD OF DOTNETDATING AND SAID YOU COULD FIX ALL! FALSE ADVERTISING.

SANTOSH SAYS: 19. Peggy Muraco provided Wizgod Inc. with the GODADDY login information for adateforme.com which was used to change the DNS to point to Wizgod Inc.'s.
TRUTH: YOU REQUESTED THAT INFORMATION FROM ME! THEN YOU CHANGED EVERYTHING!

SANTOSH SAYS: 19. Peggy Muraco signed up for a hosting account with another provider.
ANSWER: WHO? I couldn't, because you refused to answer him and contact him, or me. This is what this entire report is all about! I WANT MY WEBSITE BACK! (You also have 19 twice)

SANTOSH SAYS: 20. Peggy Muraco did not keep a backup of her site because the login information to her account was requested by her new provider to access the site files from Wizgod Inc.
TRUTH: AND YOU NEVER ANSWERED HIM! YOU IGNORED US! YOU CHANGED EVERYTHING, SO I COULD NOT GET ON ANYMORE!


SANTOSH SAYS: 21. The new provider could not access the account because they were using the login information originally provided to Peggy Muraco. She had changed it since then and because the provider couldn't login, Peggy believes I was refusing to transfer the site files.

TRUTH: What a bunch of lies. I had no idea how to work that site after you took over and you said so yourself previously, so how could I have changed the login information. Since you took it over, I HAD NO CONTROL OVER IT AND COULD NOT CHANGE A THING! The only control I had was with the students. I was never able to change the main page, or anything else. Funny though, when Karl had it previously I was able to change the main page - I must not have been all that ignorant of the website.

SANTOSH SAYS: 22. Statements made by Peggy Muraco are false, malicious and/or misleading.
TRUTH: MY STATEMENTS ARE TRUTHFUL AND NOT MALICIOUS. I WOULDN'T WASTE MY TIME doing this if you just GAVE ME BACK MY WEBSITE!

SANTOSH SAYS: I'm sorry about the problems your facing due to the server crash however like I have previously mentioned we do not backup client sites that is their responsibility. It is not our responsibility to tell clients they have to do their own backups, if they do not know how to run a site, they either should hire a webmaster to do so or not run one.

TRUTH: A professional webmaster was hired (that is who I paid so much money to) and he was unable to figure the program out. This is when Santosh was contacted. The professional webmaster was the one who purchased this software -I DID NOT! I would have never purchased anything outside of the US. If the professional webmaster was unable to figure the program out, what makes you think that I could. Oh, by the way, I have my own website and designed it, so I must not be as ignorant as you think I am and ....NO, YOU NEVER SAID ANYTHING ABOUT BACKING UP WEBSITES PREVIOUS TO THIS OCCURANCE.

SANTOSH SAYS: Honestly though, if you want to run such a site, either go with a less complicated networking software you can truly manage yourself or spend the money and hire a webmaster or developer to do so on a regular basis.

ANSWER: Answered above. No one was able to fix errors except Santosh? Hmmmmm Santosh advertised as the "Wizgod" of DotNetDating. Why was Santosh the only one who was able to fix problems with this software? It makes one wonder.

FINAL NOTE:
Many additional problems have arose since I filed this report. I have found my name on many porn pages along with other well respected individuals including an attorney from Washington who I had contacted. There were also viruses attached to certain pages. This man is very experienced in Internet activity. I had found his IP address on a spammer site, but now it is gone. I had found his name on a site in Korea; whereby, people were complaining of his pornography, but that too is gone now. He has so much knowledge, that he is able to control the Internet. All I have to say is...BEWARE AND STAY CLEAR.

This issue has already been rebutted in Report #316347 (which was a very false and personally malicious libelous report).

I will add a couple of things here to finally conclude these rebuttals after which I, Wizgod Inc. and Bungay Enterprises Inc. will consider these reports a hoax and closed.

As far as losing $1000 - this was NOT a result of doing business with myself, Santosh Bungay (Wizgod Inc./Bungay Enterprises Inc.)

Regarding the domain transfer and the remaining allegations - see rebuttal in Report #316347 which includes the current WHOIS.

Wizgod Inc.'s only responsibility were bug fixes to the DotNetDating software and the hosting. The bug fixes were made and the hosting provided. Below is a statement from our PayPal account showing all payments made to Wizgod Inc. by Peggy Muraco.

In conclusion:
1. The DotNetDating software was NOT created by OR owned by Wizgod Inc. - it is a third party dating application.
2. Peggy Muraco was provided services for bug fixes of her DotNetDating software.
3. Peggy Muraco was provided hosting services with the full understanding Wizgod Inc. DOES NOT create backups of DotNetDating IMAGE/MEDIA DATA.
4. Peggy Muraco was unable to run the adateforme.com website because of the dating software's complexity.
5. Peggy Muraco should have had some knowledge of website design even in it's simplest form of creating and editing web pages.
6. Peggy Muraco did not know how to use the FTP nor could she understand when attempting to explain to/teach her.
7. Peggy Muraco was given countless hours of additional support for NON Wizgod Inc. related issues at no charge to help her out because of the non-profit nature of adateforme.com.
8. Peggy Muraco should have purchased a simpler and manageable networking software.
9. Wizgod Inc. had a server failure.
10. The server failure affected 3-4 sites out of 16.
11. Two of Wizgod Inc.'s DotNetDating hosted sites chose to host elsewhere.
12. Wizgod Inc. did have the adateforme.com site backed up and the latest version was restored.
13. Some new member MAY HAVE been lost because of the database restoration - the site was not completely operational at the time so it is unknown if there were truely any new members.
14. Since Wizgod Inc. does not back up DotNetDating image/media content, adateforme.com member pictures were not recoverable.
15. Peggy Muraco was given 3 months free hosting for the inconvience of having members re-upload their pictures.
16. Any additional issues with the software were not a result of the original bug fixes provided by Wizgod Inc. but new occurances in the software.
17. Peggy Muraco was charged $100 for the original bug fixes and $24.99/mo. hosting.
18. It is not our responsibility to tell clients they have to do their own backups, if they do not know how to run a site, they either should hire a webmaster to do so or not run one.

I will be honest, I tried to make things simple as possible for you operate the site, but even you yourself noted that you did not know what or how to do things. You do not know how the software organizes the site and its files or which ones to modify to make your changes to this is a must know for someone to operate a site (without a knowledgeable webmaster). If issues came up with the software, I or one of my staff would try to troubleshoot and/or fix them even though it was not my responsibility it was not my software; my responsibility ended with the original/last paid development/customization you had me do. All other software issues should have been directed to DotNetDating not me. Don't get me wrong, I didn't mind helping you out since you were running a non-profit site and already had cost/design/development issues with the company you originally hired to customize the software. But the fact I was doing so does not make me responsible for it as a webmaster or the software developer.

I read a previous message about you being able to see the pictures after the crash and now not being able to you were most likely able to because those pictures were still in your cache on your local computer. Once the cache cleared, it showed the site in its actual state.

I also mentioned in a previous message that I checked the search for male and female and could not reproduce the issue with guys in the girls section. I also joined in as a new member and did not have any issues in signing up. This was all tested after the crash.

Other than the pictures and members, the site software is in the exact state it was prior to the crash since I did the last development on it and had the files backed up.

As far as any reimbursement, since we are not responsible for data, there will be none for that; however for the down time, I will give you up to three months free while you look for other suitable hosting. I have cancelled all DotNetDating hosting clients; this is not because of the crash but because I do not have the time or resources to debug for free DotNetDating software issues which arise for every client who runs the software just because I host them.

Honestly though, if you want to run such a site, either go with a less complicated networking software you can truly manage yourself or spend the money and hire a webmaster or developer to do so on a regular basis.
