Long-running spamhaus based in India. Does "e-marketing" of all sorts, unfortunately including unsolicited bulk e-mail, e-pending/appending address acquisition, list sales, mailshots and all that realm of abuse vectors. Spams to advertise its own marketing services. Uses fake names in the spam, but generally sends from its own dedicated IPs. Based in India but uses USA and UK mail drops. Uses many aliases, both business names and personal names. Use of data (lists) purchased from Data Champions has hurt the reputations of many small businesses which ignorant of the bad practices and outright fraud so common in the mailing biz.
Data Champions uses many domains, but not as many as the Russian pillz spammers. Partial list includes:
