Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I was very misled. I started out with a trainer that was not even certified. I got very used to working with him and then I come in one day and he has been fired. I am then assigned another trainer who I trained with for 2 days and on the third day he was fired.
I am livid by this time. Beyond Fitness is the most unporfessional business I have ever dealt with. I am finally rid of them and would never go back to them.

high turnover among trainers not unusual

Many people have the same complaint you do about high turn over rates with trainers. Many big commercial gyms will pay the trainers min wage or slightly above AND expect them to sell training packages to already existing members which is hard. If they dont meet a quota of selling training packages...they are fired. Many trainers at big commercial gyms are not certified because real certified trainers that can get you the results you want all refuse to work at such places. I would suggest looking into an independant personal trainer or smaller gyms that have less of a turn over rate. NEVER......EVER purchase a personal training package from a big franchise gym!
