BF-SOUTHEAST, LLC, doing business as Professional Fitness, gyms are Better Bodies Fitness, Work out World, Friendly Fitness, Peak Fitness, Golds Gym,Club Fit, Planet Fitness, Dolphin Fitness, Ideal Fitness, Mieko's Fitness. My experience was through a Gold's Gym, I had been warned before signing up for personal training session that the company would continue to charge my credit card even after I end my sessions. My original contract started March 2008 and ended July 2008, I sent a cancellation letter in August 2008.

In October a trainer let me know that I was still on the renewal list (I hadn't balanced my checking account) since October I have been trying to cancel this finally reported this company to the BBB. January 2009 the company replied on BBB that they would be refunding my money, still have yet to see that.

I discontinued this personal training due to being very dissatisfied with the service. In the time period of March - May 2008 I went through four (4) trainers because they all started not showing up for appts. and then would quit. This is a terrible service and a terrible company to signup with.
