I went to this business to recover my personal property from my vehical on their lot. When I arrived I was greeted with an additude right from the start. The woman behind the counter was extreamly rude and advised me that my personal belongings were unable to be returned to me. When I demanded to have my property returned and demanded they call the local police to assist the owner then came from the back yelling and telling me to leave the property.

I was then assoulted by the owner and thrown into the parking lot. I called 911 and had the local police show up to assist.

As shown by the response to my complaint by the owner of this business, the unbelievable dishonesty and lies continue. I only spoke to someone from their office after they called my wifes phone number and my wife offered to add me to the phone call on 3-way. During that conversation the woman stated that their hours of operation for me to pick up my personal property was between 9-4 Monday through Friday. I asked if I could make an appointment in the evening or on a Saturday as I would need a ride to their location and they were only available during my working hours, I was denied. The woman then assured to me that they would hold ALL of my personal property for a total of 30 days. I advised her that I would work something out to make it there during their open hours which I had to take a day off of work for. I trusted what she had told me (Shame on me). I was never contacted by them again after the first time to let me know they could/would not recover my belongings from the trunk. I never once set up an appointment to go to the office so saying I was a no show on 3 separate occasions is completely untrue.

 

When I got to the office the woman behind the counter claimed to have called me a few times but when asked what number she had called she gave 3-4 random numbers, none of which were mine. I offered to show them my phone, voicemail's, texts and even pull a phone log from Verizon showing I had never received calls from them. I was then told it was not their responsibility to simply press the trunk button inside the car to get the rest of my property and was given the excuse that the trunk could only be opened with a key which is completely untrue.

 

After being shoved out the door (NOT escorted) I absolutely called the police for assistance. When the Washington County Sheriff arrived they advised me that they would be happy to have me file a harassment report on the owner who was the one who shoved me out of the door. The Sheriff's department never once told me if I did not leave that I would be arrested. The Sheriffs Department in fact gathered the information on where my personal property was shipped to (2 hours away) and took the report. Again, completely untrue that I would be arrested for attempting to claim my own property and not leaving until the police showed up and gave me the contact information to retrieve my property that BG Lenders Service LLC failed to provide. A simple call to the Washington Sheriff's department can verify the report filed and their false claims of myself being arrested if I stayed to complete the report and collect the contact information of the auction house.

 

I am not a customer of BG Lenders Service LLC. BG Lenders is a client of GM Financial, of whom I am a customer of. After submitting this compliant about the customer service of this business and overall un-professionalism I received a threatening and intimidating phone call at my place of business (another number they failed to call to contact me at but easily found it after a compliant was made about them..) by the owner telling me that if I did not remove my complaint they I would be sued and that he "has won these lawsuits many times in the past!". Which clearly shows me this is a common occurrence they deal with due to the complete lack of professionalism. 

 

This "False Complaint" is obviously another bullet point that is, again, completely untrue.

This person had thier car repossessed for non payment by our firm. He was notifyed and knew that his car was at our office. Our office staff spoke with him several times on the phone reguarding his personal property and that we had no way to get in to the trunk of the car with out the lazer cut key.

He stated that he would come a get his personals, however he was a no show on three ocations. Our office staff called one more time to inform him his car was going to be shiped to auction that day. This was after the car was at our office for 15 days. This person showed up at our office unfortunately after the car left for auction.

He became irrate and BELLIGERENT when he was told the location of the auction his lender sent to car to. (about two hours away) he continued to swer and yell at the female office staff to the point where two managers repetly asked him to call his lender and leave the building. He cintinued to yell and swer at the employees untill one of the managers escorted him from the building. He did call the police and they informed him to leave the property or he would be arrested.

In closing our office staff went above and beond trying to contact this person to keep him informed and help return his property. He did not loose his properity unfortunately he had to go to a second location to pick up the remaing items.  

We are a repossession firm and understand that some pople are upset with a lot of things in thier life and we take this false complaint with a grian of salt. Our 17 years of outstanding reputation speaks for its self.
