 Well i enrolled into this online casino, and played the free spins that came with. I liked the feeling or vibe i got out of that. :-O i decided to place a real cash wager. Upon doing so i recieved extra 40 dollar bonus. With all that coupled together i had a total of 60 dollars and whst i had gotten on the free spins. So i continued playing a game called Jungle Trouble. Which i was doing quite well on. In time my cash balance depleted but my bonus cash balance had grown to a fair size almost 300 bucks. Then it happened, the game froze and i couldnt play my game out anymore. Thinking it was just my computer i rebooted it but to no avail. The game waz stil froze. So i then reported this to online help and was told that there was nithing they could help me eith and that it would be reported to there tech team.

I waited for a week with no response. So i then got back to the casino by email three or four times. Advising them that because it was bonus cash and it would expire soon to expidite there process. Still nothing. Then one day i log on to the casino website and there it was my account totally wiped from all my earnings on my bonus acct. I got online tech support and waz told that my bonus had expired. I then stated that i had contacted the casino on numeroys occasions about yhe soon to expure bonus and that i was concerned shout it. Got no response. Now i believe the casino saw that i waz actually. On track to being about to cash out on my winnings seeing that i was doing very on my bonus balance.

That they the casino purpisely shut or froze me from my acct until the expure date in which my bonus was to expire. So now all that being said it brings me to this site to report my story. Im just wondering as to how many others this has happened too. By this company. I would like this company to pay for tje possible winnings on my bonus acct or to pay out what i had in bonus to me in cash. Knowing what i know now. Would i habeplaced a wager on this casino answer us no definately not. I should have listened to my gut and not done so. I regret doing so. Niw i only hope you read my story and totally boycott this casino and save your money and hope you win in a more reputable casino. Thanks for reading and happy winnings.
