BH Cosmetics Did Not Deliver Product, Customer Service Number out-of-service , Internet

This company took two weeks to send me an empty box -- UPS delivered the box in that condition. Also, the box the "product" was supposed to be shipped in, was too small for the size of the actual product.

This is an important detail because,  I ordered a replacement from a different company, which arrived (in 4 days) before BH Cosmetics even responded to my complaint (5 days). The new company shipped it in large manilla envelope with bubble wrap. I tried placing my new 'brush apron' in the box BH Cosmetics sent me, and it did not even fit!

I believe this company knows how to scam customers, because they can get away with saying a box was 'tampered with', but not with a slim plastic or paper envelope. An envelope would have to be torn to pieces to get the product out, which would be obvious theft. Not only that, but when envelopes and plastic packaging are cheaper to ship light items in, think about why a company would bother with a box?

This company's customer service number is out-of-service when you try to reach them. That tells you something right there! they took 5 days to respond to my complaint.
Please do not order from this company when there are many companies that offer the same products, that will not take your money and never deliver your product.
