BHMGolf ripoff failed to deliver products advertised, delivered products of lessor quality Villa Park illinois

I ordered three cobra golf hats and a cobra golf towel from bhmgolf. It was delivered fairly promptly. The hats were not the ones listed on the website. They were a step below. Contact was made with the owner. The owner agreed in an email to send me 2 (two) of the cobra hats to satisfy my complaint. This agreement was made so I did not have to spend additional funds sending the original order back.

Several emails later and still no hats. Owner threatened to report me to authorities for harassment. Said he would not send me the hats he promised. Did however say he would give me credit if I sent back my original shipment. This was several weeks after he said he would send me the right hats.

By this time I had given the hats to a friend and they were not available. Basically he misrepresented the product and then failed to send replacement hats that he personally agreed to send.
