Bidrack Company is a scam! Internet

Bid Rack is not a legitamite company.  A legitamite company is one that resolves issues with customers in a timely manner!

Signing up for a "free" profile has cost me $99.  I have read similar complaints to mine and some that have defended the company.  I was not happy in the manner in which my $99 we unknowingly acquired.  I DID NOT agree to any terms or conditions, especially bidracks no refund policy.  They are very misleading!

When I called customer service I was greeted by a very unprofessional service rep. who preceeded to tell me that I had to agree to the terms before I was able to use the site which was not true. She then sent a "request" for a refund which was denied within 72 hours with their interpretation of my account! To make matters worse, they offered me $60 worth of bids! I guess they missed the part when I said I was not happy with their site and would not visit it again.

I am a teacher and am the first to tell my students it is not okay to mislead anyone. I was scammed but hope this report will teach others.
