Bidz Unbelievably cheap! Culver City California

I won an auction and when the item was received it was not listed properly and much inferior to description. After many conversations they admitted I was correct and agreed to give me full credit. Well, after almost 2 months, more telephone calls, emails and on-line contacts, two credits later and they have told me they have issue credit only to cover the initial invoice. They have agreed to credit my return shipping charges but for the first time today, they tell me they must have a copy of the shipping receipt. Dumb like, I threw it away once I had them verify that they had received the item and it was as shipped. This entire transaction is chintzy, and the many "customer service personnel" I had contact with can't read, can't understand and are unwilling to accept the customer's word on anything. Keep in mind this entire episode was less tham $35! Don't waste your time with them.
