Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

I have ordered several pieces of jewelry from Bidz.com based on the pictures they show. However, unless you inspect these pictures very carefully you will not always get what you think you are getting. I ordered opal earrings and one of the opals was white and flat the other was rounded, cloudy and was indeed a fire opal as was stated in the picture. I wanted to return one of the earrings so I could get a matching pair, but they said I had to return both of them, no repairs only money could be refunded. I feel that most of the jewelry sold is not in fact the real jewelry that is advertised. I do like some of the jewelry however, most of it is just junk and not worth bidding for. The Customer Service Department is of little use as their attitudes are not conducive to helping customers.
