This website is WORTHLESS, I won and PAID FOR an item on 1/1/10 and despite being told it could take up to 5 business days to ship it and then 5 or more to receive it I stiil bought it.

               It has now been 13 days and even though I checked several times it has not even been shipped  DESPITE THEIR HAVING POSTED A TRACKING number on the 9th - 4 days ago  FED EX has no record of it (see below)

1/11/10 search on FedEx -- # Not Found -No entries were found for tracking #420060 XXXXXXXX No information for the following shipments/FedEx Office orders has been received by our system yet.

No entries found  for Tracking no.4200XXXXXXXX  I tried to track it again today 1/14/2010 and there was still No information available 

There are at least 175 Reports on this company ripping off people on rippoffreport.com I wish I had checked there first --- SAVE YOUR MONEY AND AVOID THIS SITE COMPLETELY

The time to establish GREAT CUSTOMER Service is when you first start doing business. Once the complaints started rolling in you should have IMMEDIATELY taken  measures to correct the problems and NOT JUST WAITED until you were so overwhelmed  with complaints on websites like this one that you lost customers. The fact that your company has lost over 1/2 of the value of its stock since February of 2011 does not give people a lot of hope for improvement no matter what the replys are. Once you DO SHOW that you have corrected those problems and people come back to buying your products things should improve, until then MY OPINION hasn't changed.
