Big 5 Sporting Goods sexually harrasses black women and the corporate office does not do anything but tell them to get "proof." My girlfriend had the manager telling her if she calls out sick she will be fired. She had a seizure and they told her that she will be fired. She had two men rub against her back and she told corporate and they said you need proof, he said so many disturbing things to her that made me want to go after him. Do not work at the one in El Cajon by Fletcher Parkway if you are a young black woman because they will prey on you.

They did the same thing at the Riverside Distribution Center. Fired a LOT of young Black women who worked in Security for no reason at all. One was fired for fainting in the heat and having to go to the Emergency Room. And no, this is not something made up, check with California EDD. Big 5 is a "mill". Upper management has actually impregnated a female maintenance person at Riverside, which was covered up.
