Well, I don't want t make this long so I'll get to the pont, as I am highly pissed off. I had to bond a friend out of jail and the 10% was $1,050. I used Big ngels Bail Bonds because there family owned and seemed like a good company. Pkus they were right across the street from Broward County Jail, in Fort Ludedale FL. They got my friend out and he was on bail for 2 months. His only job was to call the bondsman every Wednesday to check in, and he did that. Last Tuesday we got a call from his Public defender saying one of his bonds were lowered, so he needed an affidavit completed to stay on bond. We went to the bondsman the next day and got it completed. Everything was fine. The next day (Thursday) was his court arraignment day, we went and they put him in the wrong court division so they had t transfer the case. He never got a court date for that and the judge said we were fine. So we left on our way home. We get a call from the bondsman telling us to come back before 4:30pm because they have to redo the affidavit because it was wrong. By this time I knew something fishy was going on. So we turn around and go back. We get to the bondsman and immediatley they handcuff my friend. The bondsman CLAIMS he was never told/misinformed that my friend had ever been to jail and that he had priors, which were when he was a minor under the age of 18 and he is now 25. So that makes him a High rsk of running and he did not wnt to take that chance. So he was rearrested, booked, and put BACK on the SAME bond AGAIN becuase the BONDSMAN didn't do HIS job right in the beginning. So basically he took our case without looking up my friend and knowing anything about him, took MY money, and RIPPED ME OFF. I've spoke to a few people who've sid the same thing has happened to them, Big Angels is a Big Ripoff to gt your money and go. Its there guarrenteed way of securing there portion of the money and that is totally wrong! I will never in the future work with them and I recommend anyone else who doesn't want to be ripped of the same. Such bad business!

Its always what higher power says over lower power. Lies after lies.... He ws NEVER asked any of those questions. What would have been the point of lying. They were all in the PAST. And easy enough to look up for yourself. Which is what should have been done in the beginning. If you were such a great bails bondman Im sure you wouldn't have the rep you have already. That must be th only thing you guys have training in. LYING.

We pride Ourself on Our Reputation

AUTHOR: Big Angel's - ()

It truly brothers me when I read such an inaccurate report as we pride ourself on our reputation. In regards to your report the truth is your friend had been released from prision 3 months prior to picking up a new case with mutiple felony charges. Your friend had not been to prision once but twice and did a total of 6 years on two different occasions. So he might have gone to prision when he was 18 but after serving 5 years he was released and then went back for a second time. We asked your friend on numerous occasions if he had ever been in trouble and indeed he said he hadn't every time he was asked. On his application he also made misleading statments again by saying he had never been arested. We at Big Angel's pride ourselves on helping everyone but when someone misreprsents themselves on numerous occasions and is looking at 15 years in prison that is quite concearning. We are completely honest with all of our clients and expect the same in return considering there is $11,000 on the line and 15 years in prision in question.
