This complaint is nonsense. I live in Phoenix. And I have never heard of a Financial Group call Big Balloon. Phoenix is a big place but not that big.  There are plenty of financial groups that you could file complaint about but none called Big Balloon Financial Group.

I have never heard of Big Balloon Financial Group in Phoenix either.  Maybe they are "drunk in Phoenix."  What type of finacial group would call themselves Big Balloon anyway.

When I first responded to this posting, I assumed that the OP was a legitimate victim of some sort of swindle.  Then I found that the same person made a similar report here.  See report #694725.

In his other report, the OP once again claims to be the victim of a real estate scam and gives both a fake name for the alledged scammers and a fake street address.  He assures everyone, however, that his report is valid even before anyone questioned it.  Who does that and why?

Then there a few obvious questions.  Why would a person who claims to live in Phoenix own a timeshare in Phoenix?  Why would a Phoenix resident not know that Wall Street and Financial Street do not exist in Phoenix?  Why would a Phoenix resident claim that both the Jade Financial Group and Big Balloon Financial Group are located in Phoenix if neither one exists?

I suspect "James" is the same scammer who has flooded ROR in recent weeks with fake reports about Safe National of America.

James could easily prove me wrong.  He says he is trying to sell his timeshare so all he has to do is tell us the address of property so we can verify it.

You gave this company's address as 1245 Wall Street, Phoenix, AZ. I have lived in Phoenix for over 40 years and have never heard of a "Wall Street" here. I can't find such an address with Google Earth.  How did you come up with that address and why do you believe that they are located in Phoenix?

Persons selling time shares in Arizona must be licensed real estate agents.  Did you check out their credentials before parting with your $2500?  You can search the Arizona Department of Real Estate database on their site at http://www.azre.gov/.
