I ordered a pair of ugg boots from Bigdealfashion.com also know as 5th strreet on november 29th 2010, after 3 weeks with no boots when they said 4 to 8 business days i began to try and reach them there was no phone # on web site and they did not return my e-mail.my daugter in law who was also missing her order somehow found the serivice e-mail under the name service5thstreet@yahoo.com and then i e-mailed them and after several times they responded that it was being sent and they would notify me when they had a tracking number for me at that time i tried to cancel because i read many reports about this fuard they were taking our money and not deliverying the goods. 29 day later i receieved a beat up box from singapore with these boots this was 2 days after x-mas on the 27th of december. Now they want me to pay a fee of $20.00 to return and to pay shipping. this fee should not be charged because i was promised these goods in 4 to 8 days ther are 2 terms I am coping and pasting one is delivery time the other is there notice if an item is not in stock and clearly this item was no in stock it was being made in china and could not be delivered as promisedJust because shipping is free doesn't mean it should take a long time.BIGDEALFASHION.COMunderstands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly.
