I too am a victim and I'm very upset. I lost over 9 million chips in a scatter slot and I immediately wrote to Biggish with slot name, date and time. I did get a response from a guy at BigFish. I was returned 3.2 million but he says his logs showed nothing more and he could not return anymore. He told me many other players have reported similar chip lossrs and that it was a glitch. He advised me that their engineers are aware and working very hard to correct the issue. I told him I was a paying customer for over 8 years. I was a member of BF even before they started their Casino game. I told him I was glad they were trying to correct the mistake but I was not happy about not receiving my entire chip loss. 

I told him, "you are telling me I pay real money for fake chips, your system glitches, I lose my fake chips that were purchased with real money, yet your logs are accurate?". How can your logs be accurate when a 4x scatter betting 72,000, 9 lines, is over a 3.6 million chip win? Not to mention two of my other friends were max betting and scatting between 180,000-540,000 to the room players. I went from 1 mil or so when I started to about 8-9 mil in 10 minutes! For a shirt time, inexperienced casino player, that was a pretty good win in such a short time. All of a sudden, my reels get stuck on spin, I can't reset the reel, I get booted out of the room and when I click on rejoin, I was lucky enough to get right back in. I was soooo relieved, until.....I look at my chips....and I only had 496 chips! I freaked out!! I even told the room players and they said they saw millions....but I didn't. I reset my big fish session hoping the Glitch would correct itself...WRONG! This all happened before I frantically wrote to bigfish. I am upset, I am mad, I am out of the missing chips and it wasn't my fault! No more help was offered even though it was their glitch, their mistake, and they wasted my time and *My Real Money*! If there is a class action suit. I want in! This is a scam, they are modern day mobstyle swindlers. The real casinos give you real money, they actually rip off paying customers for fake chips yet they can't restore lost or missing chips due to a glitch!?? Karma needs to be their justice. I am not ban, yet...but I feel it coming....I have that feeling....What can we do to stop these thieves!?

I couldn't agree more. I recently began playing a lot of roulette on my new account. After my first account was banned. Without any explanation at all. 

I began winning and hitting billions. I then discovered the corrupt underworld of "chips sellers" playong roulette gives the opportunity to actually win big. Or lose very fast. However. What I didn't know was that there are people with massive accounts. And they play these accounts and win up to 20bil in chips. Then they play slots to collect gold. And they sell to players. larger amounts of gold then Bf even comes close to offering. Example $200 for 100 million chips. 

I decided to act as if I was interested in buying this way and I accumulated a ton of information. I then reported all the PayPal emails that the "chip sellers" were receiving their payments, as well as all of the accounts they were using. 

Theyve banned a couple of the accounts. But the chips sellers still sell. 

I lost 3.8b in chips to a glitch and I was told it my issue, that I did it on my own. No way. That amount would normally last me months. Because I would win big and then play slots. And I would accumulate gold to help friends. Basically I just wanted to know I had enough chips to play a while seeing they took thousands from me and banned my account without any cause at all. Because I complained maybe. But that's it. 

 Ive be ben asking for a manger since. And not once have I received a reply. 

Now, I'm missing 500m and 283k in gold. my account has been comprimised and I've been ignored. Not one person would reply. 

i wrote bf to inform them of what I learned of the "chip sellers" not becAuse of me. But because of the unfair advantage it gives everyone else. People who actually play the game fairly. 

They don't stand a chance when others are buying 200 million chips. Of course they have an advantage over people purchasing from illegal sellers. 

 I havent even gotten a thank you from the company. Instead I've been ignored. And dismissed. When I attempted to do the proper thing so the game can be fair. 

Because in no way are people who purchase from these sellers, losing the way most people do. They win huge wins and huge JP's. And suddenly I lose all my chips and gold to a glitch. Which they claim was to normal play. IT WAS NOT. 

AND yet have I received any reply. 

 This is company is corrupt. One seller claimed to work for Big Fish. Is it true. Who knows. But what I know is those that win huge. Usually aren't buying the chips packages me or you would buy. 

Its wrong and it's unfair. And they wanted to s**t me up. so once again. They took every bit of what I had. And blamed me. 

When believe me. I've losto plenty at my own handS. This was completely different. I am livid. And these "sellers" make a fortune. Charging $500 for 250 million chips. Unreal. 

 No no phone number for phone support. Nothing. And they are rude as can be. Even when you save the company a fortune. I should've let these sellers sell. Rather then think doing the right thing would bring me any good karma. 

I still have no clue why my first account was banned. They refused to give me a reason. There is only the fact I went to the BBB and filed on here that I can think of. 

 But it I may join you in that $100... This is wrong. And people are not being fair advantages. The games are fun. But honestly. They must condone what these sellers do. Because ever since I told BF about these sellers. I've had nothing but problems. Chips and gold going missing. And can't hit a thing. Something is "fishy" they sure named it right. 

 Plus. I have proof of the transactions which took place. Along with sellers emails and PayPal emails which I've reported. Nothing has been done. Except now I have a target on my back from the bf hackers. I am so disgusted. And bf will not even extend me a courtesy for all i have provided them with. Seeing my account has been attacked. 

Well. Since last writing, I actually have to say that I started having some amazing luck on BigFish. I was hitting huge hits and even a jackpot for a billion + chips. I was hitting so good I almost couldn't believe it was the same game I had been playing for the last 10 months And complaining about. I started to try my hand at roulette and I did amazing. I hit twice for 1.8 billion playing chips. Thru out the days before I played roulette I also won close to 500k in gold. (which is why I played roulette in case I lost my chips. Which I had 400m of) so my gold was my back up. I played roulette and I was amazed how well I did. I was finally excited and having fun in the last few weeks of playing big fish with only one small complaint which I informed big fish of and once again I was told I was wrong and they leave emails by saying "no further emails regarding this matter will be addressed" and they ignore you. So I knew it was a waste of time but I have the pictures and proof. I actually recorded most of playing due to the issues I was having. As they state it is real casino odds. I wanted to prove it was not As well as the fact any problem I had they basically called me a liar. Getting to my point.  Less then 48 hours after my big wins in roulette. I was playing A new slot and suddenly I receive a pop up that states "your account has been banned due to unusual activity"  I was sure this was a mistake. As much as big fish continues to treat it's customers like crap... I knew this was a mistake. Because I did nothing different. I played roulette which I never played before and I chalked it up as beginners luck. nonetheless I wrote to big fish to find out why my account was banned. I then saw my chips and gold was reset to 0 for each. Yet they continue to leave my profile up with my name and picture. So I figured we would work this out. Because the only thing unusual was I decided to play roulette. Which I never played before. But I was at my cousins and he enjoys roulette so he was teaching me how to bet etc.  if deciding to try a new game is unusual... Then I don't think it warrants my account (that I've spent thousands on) being taken from me. Now, I thought of something. In the last month. I didn't have to spend any money. As I was doing very well and friends would send gifts of gold. (And still are because I have no way of contacting many of them. So big fish is allowing others to waste their money on a banned account. I wrote the BBB. And my last day to reply was June 29th. I didn't reply. Because the last month I didn't have much to complain about and I saved money finally hitting a lucky streak after spending for 10 months to play. It felt good to not have to spend constantly and lose.  

I thoroughly read thru the Terms of Service for big fish. And I was certain I did nothing listed in theit terms. But what I did do was I exposed them for what they are. Scam artists, who steal money. And I let them know it. At this point I knew my account was banned with malice. Because there was NOTHING in those terms of service that i possible could have done. And I read them 100x. I am 1000% positive I didn't do anything to warrant the ban. Other then complain about BIg Fish's ways, and how they always shorted one symbol preventing from the large win, or the jackpot. Or chips or gold would go missing not during play. And they would say it didn't.  They flat out lie. However. I enjoyed the game and the friends I made. So I played it 24-7. For them to take my account I spent so much on. And just when I hit my biggest amount ever and didn't have to spend spend spend.... They had no right to do that. I won everything fair and square. While many people do cheat and buy gold from players who have large amounts. I was not one of those people and I'm confident if Big fish knew how to be honest. My account would be reinstated with all my winnings in tact. Their problem was, the girl who complained. Won too much. Or maybe they rigged it for me to win so much knowing they were going to ban me once the complaint from the BBB was closed. 

Well. I waited for a reply from Big fish. And still thought this was a mistake... But i will show you how they treated me, and i still don't have a clue as to why I was banned. Not one single idea as to why. But this is what they left me with. 

Anyway, my response from Big fish regarding my ban was this- (copying and pasting the email response I received) 

"Hi Tina,

Thanks for taking the time to write in to us. I understand you have a question regarding being unable to sign into your account. This is Jen in Seattle and I can certainly explain this for you.

After taking a look into your account, I can verify that the account has been banned again recently. We were seeing some unusual activity on the account which violates our Terms of Use and due to this activity, the account has been banned. Due to the nature of this activity, this decision is final, and we have nothing further to add regarding your account. Further emails regarding the ban will not be addressed."

thats it. No rhyme or reason. 2.22 billion chips Gone and and 410k in gold gone.  I've since written them stating I do not give permission for my picture or my name and so that the paying customers stopped wasting their chips on sending me gifts. And they continue to ignore me. 

I am guilty of calling them out. But if what I say wasnt true. Why ban me??? This further proves they did not want me recording anymore play. Or contacting the Casino Control Comission. As they falsely advertise themselves. I knew what it was. It's the people who don't I was trying to help. 

They had no justifiable right to ban my account that I spent tons of money on. Because I suddenly had a winning streak. I will continue to fight this. As I want my account in tact reinstated. I paid 10 months straight. And suddenly they decide to ban me when I win. Because why??  I would have had another month where I didn't need to pay. Well. They say you can play for free. 

I want and answers and justice. And my lawyer will get them. I plan on going to the media, and doing all I can to stop this unethical company. It's a shame they don't know how to treat people. And they literally ban accounts because I've spoken my mind. And I didn't have to pay them. But I'm sure theyd still take my money. 

What a disgrace. This is customer service from Big Fish at it's finest. 

If you ever hear of a class action, I a. In along with a bunch of others I know that have been dougle charged on cards and had paid for chips disappear! You are not alone. Good luck to you

I decided to record my playtime to show the patterns of Big Fish Casino, for the last 2 weeks when I've played, I have recorded my playing. Showing the patterns perfectly. Anyone who plays long can simply see just how rigged this game is.  In the last 2 days I totaled almost 3 Billion chips in wins. This shows 2 days in 2 weeks their patterns, where they allow you to keep hitting and hitting. I then saved my winnings. Which only at it's highest was 104 million chips. (Yes. Out of 3 billion) for days after I could not hit at all in any Slot room, where you clearly see only 3-4 symbols coming up. Giving lower payouts on higher bets. Which of course starts eating up the chips quickly. Within just 45 minutes my 104 million chips was down to 46 million chips. mind you this was not even playing the highest bet room. This was various rooms. Which simply just wouldn't hit, they eventually give some hits, allowing you to hold on to the same amount for about an hour, losing most, then when half way down, receiving a hit that puts you close back to the 46 mil. But still under, now 34 million, and the same process continues. Once you reach 10 million chips same applies. Until they eventually do not allow any hits at all. 

They claim to be based off of real casino odds, however.... No casino would allow almost 3 billion dollars in winnings in a two day span leaving their player with nothing. In the event we lost our 3 billion in casino wins.... There would be extensive comps given to the player to accommodate them, food, beverages, and a lavish hotel room, so therefore their loss is at least given some kind of player apprection... So to speak. The hosts in REAL casinos (WHERE YOU WIN REAL MONEY IN RETURN!!!) will cater to your every need, as well as giving you house credit to continue playing and a chance to win back some, you are treated respectfully, catered to, and given full comps to pretty much anything you ask for.

How can Big Fish Casino even think to say they base their play off real casino odds... And then treat their players like total garbage, not even giving them so much as VIP chips for the giant loss (which most if won billions. NOBODY Would LOSE it within a few hours. 

Having spoken with the CEO of a few casinos where I was once employed has played this since I contacted him. And he is apalled that they claim to base themselves off of any real casino odds. Big Fish is much much worse. 

I've been owed 3 wins for over a month. And have given up. Because the customer service is a joke. Pompous and rude. And they refuse to show me MY logs which they are saying my wins are not on. Yet thousands all have the same Issues. And all have had the same experiences.  It's a matter of how far a customer will go. 

I have found I have numerous grounds to file a class action lawsuit.... Which would NOT be the first one Big Fish Games has had for the same issues. 

Just wanted to continue posting my eXperiences.  Including them banning from their Facebook, so that others won't even be able to read my experiences. Which if I feel.... If I am such the liar they claimed, why would they delete my posts. And ban me from further posting on their site. 

Its all for them to cover up their lying and scamming. 

i ask ask all people who read this to reply to this comment if you have good cause to believe the Big Fish has scammed, do not stay quiet. I have gone to the BBB, just wrote attorney general. I have notified Big Fish cust serve cirt times and will continue. i will continue share, and keep you updated. 

Update- I purchased a large amount of chips (yes I will pay to prove I am correct! Call me crazy but I rather continue to show their patterns and in order to do so I must play it so I can continue showing the patterns which so far. I am very very correct!)

As it it continues again... I can not hit in any room and I've lost every bit of my purchase within just an hour.  if I have my guess, it will be 1-2 weeks before I am able to get a large hit... Still no Jackpot win. Also I have noticed numerous players hit large when reaching levels 50, 100, 125, 150, 200 etc my last large hit was at level 125. I am now at level 144. I am not certain levels have anything to do with it... I am however certain that the patterns are extremely clear to one who plays on a regular basis... The regulars know when they'll hit. And when not. I threw this money away in hopes to continue to prove my point.. If miraculously I begin to hit and actually win and double my chip amount.... I'll eat a piece of humble pie... But I'm about 99.9% confident that will not happen. It's not being negative. It's being used to their continuous patterns and rigged games.) I understand a company having to make money... I do not agree with or understand how they get away with them continuously scamming people out of money. A game should be fun, spending your money on a fake gambling game should be more fun then real game. If people are going to pay to win fake chips they should allow their players/customers the fun it is they're seeking. Playing a game where 95% of players are complaining or begging for help so they can keep playing. Is not a game.. It's become intolerable. My only reasons for continuing to play is to prove my points... If they know this is why. They WILL BAN my account. I'm waiting for that. Hence my recording all my playtime along with my own logs of wins. Credited and NOT credited. 

Must a shame how they take advantage of people. A lot of the players were once big gamblers, who came to this site seeking a way to feel like they're gambling without losing their home or wracking up mounds of credit card debt. I can't speak for people losing their homes. But I can speak for the mounds of credit card debt as I am not a gambler. I must admit. The game can be addictive if the will power to stop isn't There. I hope to help people who've become victims to their greed and unfair patterns. If not paying out real money. Like real casinos. They should not claim their odds to be the same as a real casino. For they do not pay out in currency. Yet they except currency from all over the entire world and even have a commercial advertising themselves as Big Fish Casino, new comers believe they actually are paying to win something. I've spoken with many via chat and they've asked when can they level up to win real money. I hated to be the bearer of bad news. But they were not happy!!! 

My apologies on my length of my writing. I am trying to be as detailed as possible so that those who have either had the same experience know they're not crazy!!! Or those who are starting to feel as if they are being ripped off and beginning to look into it. Which many people are doing.
