Big Men Stout Men's Shop Ripoff Took my money and did not send me any merchandise I ordered Boston Massachusetts

Last November I purchased 5 dress shirts from the Big Men's Stout Men's web site bigmen.com/ for $263. When I did not receive the merchandise in a month, I phoned the customer assistance line and I was told that shirts I needed were more expensive than I was charged and that i would have to pay and additional $40 for the shirts.

I reluctantly agreed. In January after another 4 weeks I phoned again and spoke to a Ms. JoAnn Green, who indicated that the shirts would be sent out the next day to me. Several weeks later, I received 4 shirts that were totally the wrong size.

I phoned Ms. Green once again, and she said to sent them back as a mistake had been made. I sent the shirts back, have paid a total of $303 and have not yet received a credit or replacement merchandise. I attempted to phone the shop yesterday and was hung up on several times by Ms. Green.

In checking the BBB records in Boston, this company has an unsatisfactory record with about 50 complaints against them for similar unscupulous practices. Can anyone help?
