Big Momma Thang Just order things from China.. China

it's been almost 2 weeks since I ordered a jacket at Big Momma Thang Shop and noone ever responded to me. They took my money from Paypal account immediately, but I got only one responce: saying that they received my order and money transfer and that I will be contacted soon for any further information. After that responce, I emailed them 3 times already asking to finally contact me for ANY update they have, but they never did. Then, I found all these bad reviews and got concerned. 

Since you are also a victim of Big Momma Thang Shop, maybe you could help me find any solution to what do I do now? Do I contact my bank and ask them for help? I've read other reports, and some people did receive the clothes, although they were fake or not very good looking. Do you think I might receive the jacket too?

Big momma thang shop stole my money. I really liked one jacket on their website. After I paid I received an order confirmation but never received the item I ordered, neither my money back. I sent like 100000 emails, no response. They blocked my email. Can anyway please give me their phone number? Maybe the owner can finally conatct me and refund my money/send me some other item? 

I am the founder of Big Momma Thang Shop: I'm tired of the nonsense and boredom of the same person making these comments, which is coincidentally another store. If you read between the lines of comments, you can see perfectly well that nothing has value. I'll write one by one all the falsehoods of these comments:

1. Not having a domain means a store worse? Of course not, but thankfully we have domain is www.bigmommathang.com

2. We do not accept payment by credit card so I do not know how this person says he paid his way.

3. Big Cartel is not a free domain, since each month is paid and is a company that only lets put photos copyrighted own.

4. We are not based in USA, we're based in Europe, but we do ship all over the world.

5. Our sales department always answer emails within 24 hours, always you can prove this.

6. My team has investigated and in that time we have never had a jacket with belt.

7. We will not offer discounts as high because our percentage of profit is very low, is for this that we have the best prices in our fashion category.

8. I do not understand the part that we use photoshop, you want to make people understand that we've done photoshop with a celebrity putting an item of our store? ok, for that I have to laugh, sorry.

9. Coincidence that the two bad reviews waiting months for your order to arrive, why you do not put the order number for anyone can believe you?

If you  put these comments think you'll sell more in your store, do not think so, I make known to you that we have hundreds and hundreds of sales a month and everything can not always be perfect, but from our various departments in the case of any problem always solve things positively because we love fashion and the main thing for us is our clients, not like you only think about money, but for the poor mind people that will never exist. With these fake reviews, I understand, we have grown from a small business to another level, because when one becomes famous rabid and envious people usually do these things.

i agree with the initial complaint, big momma thang is a scam beware of this site. I ordered something from them and it never arrived for months and when I tried to contact them no one answered. I disputed them through my credit card and got my money back! Another thing is that they don't have a real domain, they are under a domain called "big cartel" which means they can put stolen pictures from other sites for anything and advertise on this free domain site. Beware of this sit!!

This report is out of place since I bought in this shop 3 times and haven't had any problems with the above. If shipments take a while, but I see normal as are free shipping. No where it came from the store and if I like the clothes that I don't care wherever it comes. I have seen the same clothes in other stores here in the US for 3 times more expensive price. I met this store through the social network Instagram and make my first purchase because had many followers and many pictures of satisfied customers. In my reply I show that this report is false and must be a person with such a store selling the same things more expensive. People are ready and you cann't cheat!
