Big O Tires Road Hazzard Warranty Service misrepresentation fraud. Phoenix, Arizona

After spending $1,100 buying BF Goodrich radial A/T tires from Big O Tires, which included road hazzard warranties. In an attempt to get this Big O Tires to honor this warranty, when one of the tires was damaged beyond repair. I was told and by investigating their statements independently discovered, these tires were unavalible. I protested and told them they have to honor this warranty or refund me my money for this tire or substitute one they could get, that was the same size, profile, and tread design of the BFG All Terains, which I had paid $275 a piece for. The fill-in manager showed me a tire that matched closely and I was agreeable with. Upon my return to pick up the tire, they had substituted a totally different tire that did not even come close to matching the ones I have. I left pissed off after spending the whole day dealing with this issue with plans to return when the true manager was to be there. Upon returning a second time, the actual manager still was not present, so I asked the fill-in manager to give me Big O's corporate number to call them and make a complaint on this issue and get it resolved. I was purposely given a false number to call, which I consider to deceitful and dishonest. I was told this non-matching tire was the only one avalible to substitute, which I later learned was a lie after personally going to another store (non-corporate) and talking to the manager there. The odd mis-matched tire causes my truck to steer erratically, which is dangerous and puts my life at risk, at highway speeds. I have contacted the BBB to lodge a complaint against Big O Tires at 2510 N. 75th Ave. Phoenix Az. whether that will bring results remains to be seen. This store has numerous complaints against it and I would advise you to do business elsewhere.
