 Purchased 2 sofas 10 month ago they've been worked on 5 times. I've made several request to have furniture replaced in which they refuse. They sold me wrong warranty and now warranty is almost over and they are refusing to replace or work on. I also purchased a fire place in may sales lady said it come put together and it didn't. When I contacted her she said her husband would put it together for $150 which I payed. Then it was missing 2 shelves and I've never received them although I call every other week.

I bought 1 of there higher priced beds and it was replaced twice, then I upgraded to and even better bed and now 3 months later it to needs replaced. They know this stuff was purchased for my disabled mom and I and it's like they are taking advantage of us. I've contacted service department, Corporate office, and Manufacture all getting no response just transfered around back and forth between each place I've called. Every time they did come they destroyed our home.
