I read a few reports yesterday about a company similiar to Big Schott Management. I should of went with my gut instinct and not went back. I didn't and they got me too. They might not have got alot of physical money from me, but once I was told I got the job, I put in my notice at my other job.

This scam involves an article in the classifieds that reads, "Company expanding and needs 18--25 enthusiastic people seeking career oppty 504-456-5176. Just like the other reports, which should have been my first clue that something wasn't right, I walked into my first interview with music so loud I couldn't hear the girl at the window ask me what I was there for.

After about a 10 minute interview, which was conducted by Alexis Hernandez, I was told that I impressed them so much they want me back for my second and final interview the next day. The second interview was not one on one. I was in a room of about 25 people and it was a group interview and once again music very loud. We were told to sit still, don't talk, and SMILE!

The so called owner Nicholas Guerra came in talked and made his decision. I was one of the lucky ones to get hired, so I thought. We were told to have a great weekend and come back on Monday for orientation.

At orientation we were told that there was going to be a contest to see who could sell more perfume to family and friends and the jackpot was $1000. We were given a sales pamphlet with Scentura Creations on the front. The problem was we had to sell with no product but get the money that day, bring it back to them and then receive the product.

That was when I became very suspicious and started researching and found other complaints like this one. But being down on my luck with no other job now, I decided to go back today and give it a chance.

We were told to report to 559 Holmes Ave, Terrytown, LA today because the office on Sanford St was being fumagated. I turned in $100 for 5 bottles of this rendition perfume but they never gave me the product. Now the product won't be in until Thursday.

I confronted Alexis about this and of course he sugar-coated it and of course I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt. After another hour we were paired with individuals who were called "managers in training". They were going to take us out and show us about marketing.

The person I was paired with didn't have a car, so I had to drive and we drove to a Winn Dixie parking lot and got out. I asked what we were doing and before he told me he began walking up to individuals, harrassing them to buy this rendition perfume. That was it for me. I told him to get back in the car and I was heading back to this office.

I was told this position was a management position. I am not a peddler. I was also told that there was a training phase and it depended on how well you sold the perfume whether or not you advanced quicker. Now I am $100 short with no job.

This has to be the same company and individuals everyone else is talking about. Just different names. Once again, Big Schott Management, Nicholas Guerra, Alexis Hernandez, Pat Priddy, and Rosie.

I have been with this company for a month now and can tell you that it is wonderful. It is hard work, bu I finally see the light at the end of the tunnel for me. Others that say they have tried it, have not really tried. The reason for the marketing is to see who has what it takes to be a manager of an office or even own their own location. To ARD in Luling. Too bad you couldn't hang in there. Alexis, Nick, and Rosie are all in the 6 figure range and in their own offices now. Alexis, by the way, is a Regional Owner and a PHANTASTIC "Coach". I am looking forward to becoming an Executive Owner and opening my own business. Last thing.. This company asks for absolutely nothing but a great attitude. How is that a scam?? It isn't for everyone, sure, unless you want to be your own boss, have your own business and be successful enough to provide for your family quite nicely. Then my only advice would be, don't knock it if you can't cut it.
