Afew weeks ago I made an appointment for the moving company to move us out of a 3 bedroom apartment into a 3 bedroom house. everything went well setting that up, however the day they show up to move us, they show up in a small uhual moving truck, I asked the owner why and he said I never told him it was 3 bedroom. But I told him to remember the conversation about the stairs and being 3 bedrooom. He insisted I never told him, which is a lie. All moving companies ask those questions. So I asked the movers if they had a bigger truck and they said no, which then in turn they told on there boss. It gets worse, a move that was suppose to take 3 hours took almost 6. they charged my dad the initial cost and then the second trip they said I needed to pay an additional 200 dollars or they would not offload the truck. I asked them why? how can you keep my stuff? they said the boss needed my information to process another payment. I did it because I just wanted them to go and leave us be. I gave the information and found out the 3rd mover I was paying for left on the first trip so I was pissed I was paying for 3 but really only 2. Long story short, the owner called my dad in Maryland and cussed him out telling him he was a mother F-er and said all kinds of nasty things. Because my dad was cancelling his card payment because of all the trouble we went through and being lied to and having one of the movers leave. Unprofessional and be very careful do NOT hire them, they will rip you off. Its hard times right now for everyone, they definately took advantage of us.

I just want you to know Serg, (if thats your real name), I have given this to my attorney. You have just slandered mine and my husband's name. I have proof of payment, my father's payments, and of all the nasty phone calls, emails, and voicemails that you have left. I have also contacted the police department in regards to the threats you made against my life, and they have taken a police report.
Any credible company would not respond in this regard.
