My husband died in October 2014. He had a small business and had severe mental illness. He was very vulnerable phone solicitation from all sorts of scams and sales people. This company states he owes them for a product. They are relentless on their phone calls to collect. I do not answer them. They have used multiple different numbers. They use local area codes etc. I do not answer calls unless they are in my contact list. I have no plans of paying a company that takes takes advantage of vulnerable adults adults, Especially when I can't verify that he received the shipment. I really do not understand why this company would ship something without payment. My husband did not have a credit card or bank account as he had lost thousands of dollars to phone solicitation. These companies know what they're doing when they are preying on vulnerble adults.

Let me first and foremost offer my condolences for the loss of the complainants spouse. Secondly, without any business information, I have no way of looking into the specifics of the account to get any information specific to this account.
I can tell you that Big State Industrial Supply makes absolutely no sales calls. We are a distribution warehouse located in Southern California. We do not do any direct sales outside of our SoCal location. We do, however, accept orders from multiple marketing agencies. If one of these companies submits an order to us, we contact the customer to verify the order was entered correctly before shipping. This call is the first call Big State will ever make.
If I could get the information I need to look up the account, I can give more specific details and see if there is anything I can do to offer assistance.
