"Trying your best", unfortunately did not fix the tire, which was the service requested. I did not call for tow service, I called to have the tire changed. The proper tools were not brought to accomplish the job. The serviceman had to rummage around his vehicle to find any tools to accomplish the requested service, at the conclusion of the attempt, failed. If I wanted to have it towed I would have called to request that service. I had told the serviceman that I did not feel it fair to pay for services that I had not received, he relayed that to the office and they told him that it was policy. I did try to talk to the office about this and through the serviceman's communication I was abruptly shut down.
Campus did have the right equipment, and brought the right equipment for the requested service, and accomplish the requested service.
There is nothing about this situation that an honest business with a desire to have a positive reputation in the business community should do save returning funds for services not rendered. It is the right, moral, and honest thing to do.

my driver tried his best at this service we offerd him the tow we did the service and we got paid i will not return funds to him. as for campus. who knows if they sent out a service truck with a air compreesor or large breaker bar? we dont force wheel lugs they can break very easy and if that was to happen i'm sure he would complain of that i am done with this. we are very reliable and we do not take advantage of people. if he would have called us we may have done something else for him but to call the bbb is not the way to resolve a problem next time he should try communication

I have a receipt from Campus towing for the same service, completed on the following day. The lug nuts were not rusted, evidenced by the successful completion of the job by Campus towing. The response from Big Ten Towing was a lie. I am expecting restitution for the services because of the evidence that Campus towing was able to to the job.
