THEY TOOK THE CASH FOR MY SONS BIRTHDAY PRESENT IN EARLY MARCH. WE PAID AROUND $400.00 IN ADVANCE FOR THE RIM TO BE PAINTED AND RETURNED WITHIN 2 WEEKS. ITS BEEN ABOUT 1 1/2 MONTHS AND WE HAVE HEARD EVERY EXCUSE IN THE BOOK. WE HAVE BEEN TOLD TOMORROW NUMEROUS TIMES. THE PAINTER RAN OUT OF PAINT. THE PAINTER PAINTED IT WRONG. ILL HAVE IT IN THREE DAYS ETC. ETC ETC.
WE CURRENTLY HAVE NO ANSWER STILL. THE OWNER ISNT AVAILABLE. NO MANAGER HERE.
IF AND WHEN I GET THE RIM FOR MY SON I FULLY EXPECT SOME SORT OF COMPENSATION SUCH AS A NEW TIRE OR MORE.
AS IT STANDS THIS COMPANY WILL NEVER SEE ANOTHER NICKEL OUT OF THIS VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER !!!

Bike Religion stands by its good service and is always striving to make the experience for the customer better. Bike Religion is one of the few locations that will custom paint full carbon wheels.
The $400.00 was for the purchase of the wheel and the custom paint. At the time of the purchase the wheel had not been shipped to the store!
The customer was made aware that the paint job would not be an overnight process. In fact they were informed regularly of the progress and the delays encountered with having the wheel delivered from the supplier and then the painting process.
I know this customer was eager to get the wheel as a present.
Bike Religion will not sacrifice quality in order to get a rushed job back to a customer.
It is unfortunate this customer has not followed up the report on a result?
The customer did receive the wheel and was given a tube and tire and free installation.
Bike Religion makes every effort to satisfy customers.
It is a shame that some customers have to use a public forum for no reason other than an attempt to obtain free product.
It is also a shame that this customer did not raise any of the details to any of the staff at the store.
The fact they could not get in touch with a Manager or the Owner at Bike Religion is a straight out lie. You can call any of our stores and speak to a Manager, there is one working everyday. They are trained to handle customer complaints.
In fact, if you want to get in touch with the owner you can leave a message, or send an email through our website and it will responded to within 24 hours.
Bike Religion has the highest quality service and integrity.
I am sorry that we were not able to please this particular customer.
