I purchased a pair of Kevlar motorcycle jeans in July. They were two sizes bigger than my normal size and they were still too small and I didn't like the fit so I called them 35 days after I received them to return them and that time I got lucky, someone asnwered the phone and gave me a code to "exchange" them since they wouldn't give me my money back. I ordered another pair another size bigger and they were still too small (but super long).
Since then I've tried to contact them by phone and email to get a new code to return them with no luck. They don't return calls or emails. The customer service rep the first time behaved like the Gestapo. In this store, the customer is ALWAYS WRONG! apparently, and I guess they think they can stay in business without customers based on all the other reports I've seen agaisnt them in this site.
