Bill Heard Cheverolet - General Motors Acceptance Corporation ripoff Union City Georgia

Bill Heard cheverlot, Inc. sold a van in 2001 to my husband as a demo with 6013 miles on it as new.Did not receive all of signed documents. when checking the status of the registration by phone with DMV about 3 weeks later he was informed by Georgia's DMV that the van in question was currently registrated in another person's name.

Contacted Bill Heard with concerns but no relief was found. Eventually obtain the name of a Mr. Clarke,and made contact with him.Informed him of this situation and informed him that we did not want this van if used. He said he would look into it and get back with us (He decided to make my wife the contact person as I was at work).

Clarke contacted my wife next day having registred the van in my name. License plate,tag and a document was sent to our door the next day. Title was sent to me with no lien holders about one week later. Payments were started by someone under my name to finance company.
