Bill Heard Chevrolet - Trick me into buying a brand new vechicle with the promise that they would help me refinace at a lower rate in 4mths and at the end of the 4mths, threw me to the wolves and said there was nothing they could do for me Union City Georgia

I trade in a paid in full vehicle with no payments with the promise from sales that if I paid my bill for 4 months at the rate (they even gave me a check to distribute each month to ensure that I made these payments) and that at the end of the 4 months, they would refinance my rates to where I wanted them to be.

You see I specially told them what I could afford (the rate they offered was doubled that amount). Now the company is saying that they are not a finance company so they can't help and I'm now struggling with a high car payment, all my other bills are past due, my credit rating is dropping rapidly due to the fact I can't pay my bills, I'm having to lose my place of living and move becuase I can't afford the rent any longer.

On top of it, I've not been able to find another company to refinance due to my rapidly credit rate drop. I've gone from the point of paying my bills ahead of time to past due notices and things being cut off. If you don't want to be taken advantage of ladies, run the other direction of Bill Heards Chevrolet.

I went in on a promotion to get $100 gift card, and guess what, I didn't even get the gift card either. Even more so, every since day one, I've been in and out of the company for work to be done on this brand new vehicle high monthly payment which has not been corrected to this very day. I spent more time in the last few months (has not been a year since purchase) at the shop now that a lot of the people in service/part not only know me by name but by my keys too.
