My name is Sean Chapman and I worked for Bill Heard Chevrolet in Huntsville, Alabama. One day I came into work and was told by the military relations guy that Earl Hudson wanted all pictures taken down out of the salesmen's offices. This was not something that I thought anyone would have a problem with. Most of the salesmen with kids have pictures in their offices,..just as i did.

I asked if Earl Husdson was saying ALL the pictures and was told yes to include family pictures also. I was not about to take my pictures of my daughter down out of my office. I am divorced and have her only on 1st and 3rd weekends. Bill Heard in Huntsville believes in working Sundays so bewteen having to work Satrudays already and the Sundays I have my daughter i didnt get to see her but maybe 6 hours the whole month.

I stated that I wasnt going to take the pictures down and word got back to Earl Hudson about it. I was called in Earl's office and asked if i said what I said. I told him yes... that i wasnt taking the pictures of my daughter down. Earl tried to bring up other things that were not even on track with this subject. Earl Hudson stated that my employment with Bill Heard Chevrolet was terminated.

Now why would a manager tell his salesmen to take their pictures of their kids out of their office when he himself has pictures of his wife and kids all over his office? Lead by example Mr.Hudson.

As far as customers being cheated on car deals yes it happens and you cannot stop it cause they have high powered lawyers that sit upstiars everyday and review complaints and deals to try to save the company.

Salesmen make front end gross only to have it all go to the back end and not make anything on the deal so dont feel bad because you all are not the only ones being cheated out there.

Mr. Hudson doesnt care about anyone but himself cause he gets paid so much and doesnt care because he can hire salesmen everday at minimum wage and still keep his big ol check.
