BILL HEARD CHEVROLET OF NASHVILLE, TN ripoff scam liers illegal financing harassment fake financing rude hateful Antioch Tennessee

Yes me and my wife went to bill heard chevrolet of nashville located at 5333 hickory hollow parkway antioch,tennessee 37013 phnoe number 1-615-731-3000 and was told we was financed on a brand new 2006 chevy colorado well we agreed on everything and waited for the finance manger to feel out the paper work we had already been there about an 2 hours when he came and everything was signed and we were free to leave got to our new truck and the battery was dead they said service was closed and sent me home in a 2007 have in mind i drove over a 100 miles just to do business with bill heard chevrolet well the next day i had to call they to see if mine was fixed yet it was and they agreed to meet me halfway i thought great i got my 2006 colorado home and about 3 days later i get a call that i need to come back down there and sign some papers i asked what kind of papers they would not tell me i was talking to a guy named dennis in financing and told him if he could not tell me what i had to sign i was not driving over 100 miles to do so he hung up on me my wife calls back down there and talks to several different people including severel managers and supervisors they knew nothing about it so i just blew it off the next days they call back and asked me to come down again this time they said my financing did not go through by this time i had had the truck about a week they said for me to bring the truck back right then i told them to come and get it i was not bringing it back that it was supposed to have been financed before i left them parking lot dennis told me if they had to come and get it it would cost me money i told him if it was not financed it was not gonna cost me a dime and he hung up on me again how rude is that then he calls back the next day and tells methey need $2000 down more then the already 2,000 rebate i said no way was i gonna pay that he said return the truck now i told him to send someone to get it the keys would be in it and i went and had the insurance canceled on the truck .the next day he called back and said they could put me in something else if i would bring the truck back i said what do you have i qualify for he said they could not tell me over the phone i had to come in and return that truck first i asked him why he could not tell me and he hung up again well the next day a get a call from the salewoman k.ruiz asking were i could meet her so she could pickup the truck i told her i had to work and had no way off getting back home if i meet her then she got upset anf finally said they would there in the morning which will be oct.20,2006 and to leave the keys in it and told me i would be charged how can they charge you for a vechile that was never financed are in your name these people are scam artist thinking they will get you to agree to something totally different if they let you drive it a few well they sure got anther thing coming
