Bill Heard Chevrolet ripped off for thousands on my own vehicle Union City Georgia

Even though this happen to me a while ago, I still believe someone should hear my story. I leased a Ford Explorer through Ford Motor Company. My lease was now up and due to some late payments Ford did not want to refinance my truck. Well a friend of mine referred me to a salesman at Bill Heard Chevrolet. The salesman was told my situation and advised me to come down. He said they would pay Ford the balance of my truck and refinance me through one of their finance companies what they had to pay for the truck.

Well after 6 hours of appraising my truck, trying to get me to buy one of their trucks, and finding a finance company they were willing to sell my truck back to me for $6,000.00 more what they paid Ford. I was told this was the best they can do. Not to mention they financed me with one of Georgia's worst finance company with a 22% interest rate. Being that I waited so long to refinance I did not have time to keep looking and did not know I could go to any dealer and have them refinance my truck. I guess they saw desparation on my face and took me for a SUCKER!!!! It was sad to see how they all had each others back when it came to getting money. Not a honest bone or a guilty concious in the building.

In the end, I walked in there with owing $13,000.00 on my truck with 2.5 yrs left to pay it off and walked out with a new loan for 5yrs giving Bill Heard Chevrolet $19,000.00 and will owe the finance company $27,000.00. They should be SHUT DOWN!
