Bill Heard "The Most Shadiest Dealership Of All Time" Bill Heard a Deceptive Company!! Union City Georgia

I wanted to say briefly that yes they may have filed bankruptcy but all of us who have been done wrong by this company really dont have the victory because for one. They filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy which gives them protection. All of the money that they have stolen from consumers they still have. All they will do is pay out those debts they owe and get back to business under another name.

I am here to say that I will do whatever it takes to let other consumers know that they must be stopped from ever doing business again. If there is a lawyer, media etc who would like to interview or call me about this situation I would love to tell you my story. I want to also know is there anything that we can do up to this point about going after Bill Heard so they never go in business again, such as a class action lawsuit. If anyone has information please email me.

My story (in which I reported to the newspaper in my area):

I would like to comment and also give a value feedback to the overrated Bill Heard News. Ive read reports from your newspaper and also on T.V. almost giving Bill Heard praise for being one of the biggest automobile seller. But I am here to tell you, the reason why Bill Heard's Company was so successful is because they did it all deceptively and fraudelent. I was a victim of Bill Heard's fraudelent practices and if you would like to know more I will better explain.

I had a Ford Focus that I was financing through J.D. Byrider in which I had a good payment history with, I paid on that loan for almost two years without missing a payment ever. The car began to act up and I wanted something more dependable. I had a little over 7,000 owed on it so after listening to Bill Heard's Advertisement about giving top dollar for your trade I decided I would give it a shot. So I did an internet application and told I was approved and could come in and discuss my trade.

I do just that and then they run my credit again and told me that my credit was too new and did I know of anyone I could get to co-sign for me to get a car. I thought of my grandmother who resided in Jax Fla. but I was scared to ask so my then fiancee tried. Being that we were in the process of buying a home they denied him as a cosigner. So I did eventually ask my grandmother and she agreed. Her credit was excellent and they were happy and told me I could get anything off the lot.

To make a long story short I was coerced into getting a Chevy Equinox, my salesman and some finance manager told me that I would have to pay 670.00 for 6 months and then come see they would refinance me. It was like 9pm and I was there all night. Me and my fiancee thought that we could attempt that so we said we would do it. I was told that they would accept my trade and they took my key. After going home and sleeping on it.

I called my G-ma and told her the price of the vehicle and she said that was way too much and I should take it back and ask for a cheaper car. So I did that and I got a chevy HHR. So about a month went by and I received a call from JD. Byrider asking about my payment for the Focus. And I told them that Bill Heard will be paying off my car. So the girl calls Bill Heard for me and they tell her that there was no trade worked in my deal.

So I go up to Bill Heard asking what is going on and they still had my key. The same finance manager that told me that he would trade my vehicle told me right in my face saying that he is not going to take a trade in from CNAC. He said that its a low budget dealership and they dont even report to the credit agency. He said after getting a vehicle from them my credit would shoot up 3 points more than paying for the focus.

I was devestated cause right then and there I realized that I had been duped. To top it off they added my trade in to the price. In which the car's MSRP value is only 18,000 when they financed it, it came out to 33,000. The rebates that General Motors had on the HHR was supposed to go to my G-ma in Fla. They never sent it to her. Her credit was in the 700's why should that car have been financed for so much. I cried so hard cause they knew what they were doing.

A guy that worked there in another department saw me crying and I told him what happened. He was aware of what went on at the Bill Heard of Union City and he told me I had a choice to park the car. But I knew if I did that It would damage my grandmother's credit. So I ended up having two cars to pay for. I couldn't pay for the focus so I had to turn it in. My credit is severly damaged so that I cant get anything from anybody.

I am stuck with a 507.00 a month car payment, a mother of four and it's hard. To hear that Bill Heard has made over 2 billion dollars just sickens me and to here that some say that they will miss Bill Heard's Charity Gifts! Well I hope they all know that what they gave was money that was taken from the poor and helpless. If you go to ripoffreport.com, you will find over 196 complaints about Bill Heard not just 132.

So many people have been hurt by this greedy corporation and we all have felt like we were left helpless. There was one story where I read that at the same Bill Heard of Union City, a man had to pay for two brand new trucks worth over 78,000 and Bill Heard came and got the trucks but the finance company says he still has them. I feel that they must be stopped and they should be ordered to pay back what they stole from there customers. They have shamed General Motors and the faith of consumers. My goal is to prevent them from ever starting business again. Because some may feel that they have the victory that they shut down, I feel that they shut down because they knew that they were being watched and the truth was coming out.
