Beware of this dealer and DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I had purchase a vehicle through their internet sales dept. we had negotiated everything online. I picked up my one way plane ticket from KC and flew in to Chicago where they had a driver waiting for me. Upon arriving at the dealership, they Bait and Switched me. They had a lot less cheaper model of the car I had asked for and said this is the one we negotiated on. I did not want the base model of this car. Here I am, Friday night 7 p.m.; all car rental companies are closed, stuck in a city I don t know, without a way home. $1,500 more than I wanted to spend. Only bought a 1 way ticket, they knew I would buy. VERY, VERY DISAPOINTED. These guys are snakes and are the low of the low.

Ryan and Prospective Consumers,

I've been employed here for over a decade and the Bill Jacobs organization has been on of the country's premier auto groups.  The practices are not only illegal, but your "story" is inaccurate.  I happen to know that the car you quoted on was in deed the fact the car you bought.  Your insurance card that you called in before you came had the exact car YOU chose and negotiated on.  When you arrived you said the vehicle you intended on purchasing was a different trim level.  We insisted this wasn't the case and the proof was in the insurance card.  How did you get that vin number?  Because that was the car you negotiated your deal on and came to purchased.  Nonetheless, we gave you a vehicle $1100 more in price for the SAME exact price you said we mistakenly quoted you on.  So please let the public know you did not pay more and It's unfair for you to do that when we pride ourselves on best sales practices including but limited to accurate and best pricing.  That's why you came from out of state to purchase the vehicle, because we have the best deals, selection and customer service.  I apologize for inconvenience you may had.  But it's out duty to let the public know the truth.  When we're wrong we will admit it and correct it any lack luster customer service performance.  Thus, no other responses on this website.
