Bill Lang Of First Commercial Consultants rips off another victem! Gig Harbor Washington

Bill Lange and his company advertised on Craigs list in Phoenix AZ for purchasing a home for people who had credit challenged history. I contacted Kari Hansen whom referred me to Mary Jo Lamb whom, after explaining our situation to Bill Lange and their "board", told us we were qualified to participate in their program. At this point we filled out paperwork and sent them a check for 2,000K.

In short, his "investors" purchase a property that we locate with a realtor that we chose. The company has rigid requirements that make it challenging to get a bid accepted. We dealt with their inept realty agent, Danielle(don't have her last name at the moment) who was an EXTREMELY poor communicator with us and especially to our realtor. We "lost" the first house because of Danielles incompetence.

The second AND third house we "lost" because Bill Lang and his company couldn't come up with the funding. They failed to communicate to us after they got us on-board. In the mean time we were instructed by Danielle to open escrow(1,000 K that we haven't had returned, yet) and hire a house(275) and termite inspector(70)......more money out of our pockets.

In the mean time we were told from a Mike that they would take care of the earnest deposit on the third house because, "that's what they do". Ends up I get a call from Mike stating that they don't have the funding, again. Now, we've ended our relationship with them and have not received our 3,275 dollar refund for our out of pocket expenses. We're supposed to get a return on at least our 1,000 from the title company after Bill(take your money) Lange signs off that the deal has been cancelled.

Now, since this has all soured, we've done more research and have discovered others who have experienced the same rip off scheme...........sign for 2,000, pretend they're going to purchase, don't come up with the funding, and not return the money we sent them. I've read their rebuttels that it's not a good time for investors with the poor economy and all.........if THAT is the case, why do they continue luring people into their scheme? While we were getting near the end of our rip off from them, they had lured another Arizonan and had contacted our realtor(whom has since discontinued serves due FCCI fraudulant sceheme).

If it's a legitimate company, they should be returning the money ASAP. We've filed a complaint with both the Attorney Generals of AZ and WA. It's a shame crooks like this have more rights than I do........it appears that way. It's been frustrating to say the least. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!
