Beware when signing up for Bill Me Later.  They will charge you $35 when you click, even if you don't buy anything.  And when they send you a statement for that $35 via email, they tell you .. you have to mail in a complaint they will not let you reply by email.  If you ignore this bogus payment, they will allow "late fees" up to $93.00 before they will hard copy you in the U.S. Mail.  I never bought anything and now I have a $93.00 balance for the service they "think" they are giving me.  I have reported this to the Colorado Attorney General hopefully.  But beware don't go with this service, have nothing to do with them.
