Sir,
My name is Ian F & I have a problem with Billing Squad.com They refuse to take my calls from Australia, & say they have higher than usual number of calls & hang up on me. I tried all hours of the day, & just got fobbed off. I have sent numerous emails without any replies.When I first used their service it did'nt do what it said, they said a $4.87 membership was available for 2 days only a saving of 87% but when I paid for it, it was a $39.00 fee I cancelled the membership immediately. Even though this account was cncelled they still took money from my account, in the end I contacted my credit card company & they cancelled the card so no further money could be taken from the account. They also said they were going to launch an investigation into this matter. All I want is my money returned in US dollars & I'll be happy. I hope I can do this with your help. I am a retired ex serviceman on a pension, so your help would be more than appreciated bu me. I hope to hear from you soon.
