 Bills towing only held my car for 28 days and then auctioned it off I know because I called the 28th day after a head on collision in my 89 Honda blue. The trunk contained my son in his urn a box of pictures containing photos of my parents and me and my brother as babies and my dead husband pictures with our son and daughter that I haven't spoke to in years because his parents took them to California never brought them back after he died. There was more stuff but I only cared about those 2 things and I called them almost every day and finally the 28th day of my car being impounded which was 2 days since I last spoke to a woman in the office and another who claimed to be manager and told them Im still coming, they told me it had been auctioned off that morning. So I told them please give my number and address to the people who bought the car and inform them that these things are valuable and priceless and obviously sentimental for 2 weeks I called talked to diff people at bills towing relayed the same message and info and not once did I get a reply. I had to tell my sons father he is gone I went through hell for that!
