Just received our telephone bill and it had an unauterized charge for Connection Backup SVC, LLC that was made by Billview.com Both companies have ripoff reports here, but I suspect that billview is the true culprit. We will be calling the state's Attorney General on this right after we complain loudly to ATT for allowing this charge. I will be in touch with all of the parties here to see who responds.
