EQCO2, Inc. (CLNO) CEO Billy Barnwell has been sued for fraud in a 27 page lawsuit highlighting numerous complaints from the plaintiffs.. The facts are very clear. "Billy Barnwell and EQCO2, Inc. have been sued for fraud and misrepresentation ” said a ‘very reliable source’.

Some of the issues and/or allegations stated in the lawsuit are:  

* DCE/Barnwell Undisclosed Litigation Matters.

* Barnwell Misrepresentations

* DCE has never harvested a so-called green tree project for biomass revenue, timber revenue, or otherwise converted a green tree projecty into registered and validated carbon credits.

* DCE and its subsidiary(s) had $7,000,000 in assets. (untrue)  

In an attempt to bully Montse Zaman, one of the he officially called a ‘special meeting’ (private) of the board of directors which did not include an agenda. In it stated’ “Please note: Since this location is your home, we request you make arrangement for this meeting to be conducted in a room with complete privacy. In the event that this is not possible, the meeting can be held outside of the home, or on the sidewalk.” Later it also stated that she was allowed to have her young children present.  

When Montse Zaman had legal counsel Harold Gewereter present during the meeting, Billy Barnwell firmly objected even though he had his attorney Arnold F. Sock with him.
