I ordered the Tae Bo "Get Ripped" tapes (set of 6) from an infomercial and agreed to have three payments (total of $59.85)deducted from my credit card in three monthly payments. These tapes also included a 30-day money back guarantee. After three weeks I decided to return the tapes and waited patiently for my "money back". Several more weeks went by and still I received nothing. They obviously received the tapes because they did not charge me the last months payment of $19.95. So at this point the owe me $39.90. I've emailed them three times and have tried to call, but to no evail. They do not return my emails and they have not returned my money either! Maybe they should consider calling their 6-tape series "Get ripped off" instead!
