Shane Melton  aka billy Melton  was paid to do a website for me he came up missing in action and did not contact me for several weeks finally i got hold of him he told me he was with his mother that was sick and he would get with me soon as he got back in town  he did finally contact me a couple weeks later and told me he was in jail in meck co NC witch he was. He also told me he was going to refund my money by the 26 of Aug  i talked to him a few times and  he kept giving me the run around  it is now Sept 11 2011 still no word or money has been returned to me 
Dont trust this guy he is a scammer and there are all kind of reports on him
