Billys Home Improvement Bill Soden felony theft Roxboro North Carolina

 In Sept when bill soden wroked for me one day and I fired him that day, he sotle my 1412 foot catamarand from under neath i's wooden cover side of my house. I did not notice it was gone until we were in distrect court over  his takig 1000 of my money and doing only a couple of hours of work. that night he went up on the proposed amount for the project and I fired him. He came in the night and took my boat.

After district court in Fec in which he appealed the win in small claims I get, he broke and entered my house and stole the parts to the sail boat. the  police did nothig.

Soden lied to them he wont the boat in court. That is an outridht lie. it was not mentioned in the court recoreding at all.

He did not win any money from me and at that time I did not know he had taken the boat until aftter court he came and broke and entered and took the parts. He has since lied to teh police and my insureance compay saying I gave him to boak. I havfe the title and registration in my husband's name. I did not give or make over th boat to him.

He stoleit. , a felony and is getting away wiht it with his lies.

Do not ever let thie man into your house. or give him a key. He will steal from yoou. HE also stole an Ipod from my car. He may have stolen other itens I am not awar of. He kept the key for months till I had the lcok changed at a large fee to me. they are restricted locks and I do not geve the key out any more to anyone.

Do not trus Bill Soden. He is a smooth lier, having lied to the police and tried tp pretened I gave him the boat.

He produced false witnesses who I did not know nor ever talked to. He is a professional thief and felon, and Lier who convinced police of lies. He also used my key to break and enter my house for other purposes he did not suceed in acheiveing.

Do not trust thim man to work on your house or around you r house or around you. He lies and steals and claims you gave him the propetry. Clearly I have the title and registration but he has the boat in his posession.

Anyone in this country can take others' property and claim it is theirs. It is not a just system and courts are perverse lisetning to felons instead of their victime. Bewaars this slick felone who in plain daylight broke and entered my garage and took my property lying ot the police that he won it in cour. I have the court recording an dhe did not.

He told me in an email to come and get it when he saw he was not getting legal papers for it, said the tires were busted and denied taking the wooden framed for it's cover whcih I saw him load onto his truck. Then he said I cou dnot coe get it.

The man is a lier and operated with ane eratic crimial mind. Do not trust him wiht our house , or proptery or get near him. He is not safe to deal with unless you are one of his friends, also liers.

HE WILL STEAK FROM YOU, LIE ABOUT IT AND TRY TO LIE TO A COURT TO JUSTIFY HIS THEFT.

HE IS A FELON , A THIEF AND COMMITTED A FELONY WITH MY PROPTERY. i CAN PROVE OWNERESHIP.

HE CANNOT. ONLY CAN HE USE HIS LYIING TOUNGE THAT TELLS LIES TO POLICE AND COURTS.

BEING A CRIMINAL, HE IS A CONVNCING LYER. HE HAS BEEN BELIEVED DESPITE HE HAS NOT PAPERS ON THE BOAT. AND IT IS REGISTERED IN MY NAME.
