Binary Link UK LTD Ian Micheal Holtham Scammed me for 1,300$ United Kingdom

The company binary link uk ltd scammed me when I was searching for a wholesale iphone provider, Ian Micheal Holtham is the name he uses and has a linked in profile. He claimed he was shipping the phones after I paid 1,300$ in shipping cost then demanded that I wire 8,000 in additional VAT export taxes all the while he used a sketchy shipping company with no proof of stock and wanting me to wire dierectly using western union.

I told him no and then wanted to go to his warehouse then after further complications I wanted to get a refund back, which he explicitly told me was refundable, I have document evidence. Then after many days of arguement he offered me a "business proposal" where he would transfer "37 million" into my account and apparently belonged to a mine owner and died in a car crash with no beneficiary and then demanded my bank info!! 

So I told him wire me the 1,300$ back or else i am putting up a fraud report and of course he offered to western union me the money in a bank to bank transfer obviously STILL trying to get my bank info and since then he has not contacted me. 

I do not want anyone to get scammed by this guy. He was beliveable because he provided valid IMEI numbers and a few pictures which I later found on google
