Bio Nutra Garcinia Cambogio and Bio Nutra Mango Cleanse Rip Off / unauthorized charge Utah

I responded to an online "special" offer to receive a 1 month "free" supply of Bio Nutra Natural Mango Cleanse and a 1 month "free" supply of Bio Nutra Garcinea Cambogia.  The only requirement was to pay $4.95 shipping on each bottle. I received the product and took it for about 10 days without seeing any change or benefit whatsoever and stopped taking it. Upon checkng my bank statement, I see that I was charged $78.85 for Mango Cleanse and $79.95 for Garcinia Cambogia.  I immediately called the number associated with this bank transaction (which indicates it is a recurring charge).  The person that I spoke to was, without a doubt, the rudest, most disrespectful and unprofessional man I have ever encountered.  He stated that I had agreed that I would pay for the product if not returned or shipments discontinued after 30 days and that he would be glad to reduce the charge for the next supply to $53/bottle.  I told him I did not want their product, did not intend to pay for it, expected it to be immediately discontinued and the charge to be reversed.  He said basically, too bad, this is what you agreed to.  I asked him to send me something to prove that I agreed to this, to which he responded, he could not - it was the customer's responsibility to know what they were ordering.  When I asked to speak to a supervisor, he refused stating that supervisors do not take incoming calls.  When I asked him to have a supervisor call me, he became very angry and started yelling.  At this point, you can only assume this is a scam as no reputable company would be represented by such an unprofessional and out of control "customer service" rep.  I told him I would be contesting the charge to which he laughed and said - do it, they'll put the money back in your account for 90 days, then we'll get our money. I told him I felt they were scamming people and the company was obviously unreputable - or at a minimum represented in a very, very poor manner.  He became so angry and loud that I hung.  I would advise anyone who sees these ads to realize what they are getting into and never, ever order this product or anything from this company.  They are a rip-off and highly unprofessional.
