Lean Bean Received and billed for goods I did not authorize or want Dallas TX

On Feb 18st I authorized a free 2 week sample of Garcinia Cambogia be sent to my home and I would pay for the shipping with the understanding that I would be autoshipped future months supply unless I cancelled the order within one month. I received a month's supply instead of the 2 week supply that I agreed to ohn Feb 24th and have been attempting to cancel the order ever since, however, they do not reply to the email address that they sent when telling me the order would be shipped, nor was there an invoice in the package that I received.  I received another 30 day supply as well as a charge of $79+ to my credit card.  The address on the shipping label is PO Box 77177, Fort Worth, TX 76177 but the letter I sent was returned to me.  I have attempted to call the 800 number numerous times and placed on exorbinately long hold and then disconnected.  I have instructed my credit card company not to pay these additional charges.
