Biochem Distribution Avanztec Inc Thousands of dollars for pending customer orders have vanished from company records -- selective scamming is currently ongoing Internet, Quebec

I have read your post phil, but am sorry to say that I have to agree with the other person that posted in november. 

I placed an order with this company and received one email after they took my money stating that my order would be processed over the weekend and shipped to me this morning with the tracking number that I paid for.

Any further communication has been none existent on their part. 

I have called the numbers on their site as well as trying all emails. Absolutely nothing from them.

If you have up to date information I would like to know, but I doubt that very much considering that it seems no one can get in touch with the people that supposedly run this scam.

PS. The other poster is correct. one of their numbers goes to a Realtor's number who's name is not mentioned at all on their site anywhere. the other number rings and no one answers, then you will hear a message saying the person has not set up their voice mail.

I placed an order with Biochem Distribution, paid them $146, and they only sent me 10% of what I ordered.

They have a false phone number listed on their website (the phone number belongs to a realtor).

They have a second number listed, that they never answer, and voicemail is not setup.

I E-mail every address on the website, and get no response.

They got me, and I want to warn everyone to not order from this company, unless you too want to be ripped off.

There are good companies to order from out there. Just stay away from this company.

I would avoid ordering from this company at all costs.

There are good companies out there, and I've received complete orders from them.

Biochem got over on me, and I want to warn everyone else to avoid losing their money by ordering from them.

We are obliged to retract our complaint about this company. We now feel assured that this business did suffer a serious technical problem with it's accounts database. Communication was slow for awhile, but we are satisfied that these issues are now being resolved.
