My Credit Union dropped me as a customer, because of this company. Kept taking 89.76 off my bank card and bank said I must of ordered something from them. I did not I went to their website once and that was it. As of today I am out 628.32 & 175.00 in over drafts. I will not stop until I close Biogeniste down forever. Cindy Portland, Maine

First off if you just visited this site and didn't order anything, how did they get your debit card number?  Do you just make it a habbit of putting in your debit card number to random web sites you don't get anything from?

The fact is that you did in fact order something and put your credit card in.  Most likely you signed up for a "free trial" and failed to read what you were agreeing to and didn't cancel in time.

As for them forcing your bank to close your account...again wrong.  With an $89 charge but with around $800 in overdraft fees, unless in addition to just randomly giving out your card number you failed to monitor your account over long periods of time, you would have overdrafted anyways.  So it was not just this one company, it was your overall poor account management that put you into this position.

Instead of waisting your engergy on trying to close down this company, perhaps you should put that time and energy into learning how to properly manage your account.
