Bought this and another advertised anti-wrinkle product (to be used together for best results) under a special introductory trial price of under $10 for each.

In checking my credit card statement, I was charged an additional $97.72 for BioGeniste and $89.15 for the Anti-aging serum from the other company.

When you call to question BioGeniste you get a recording that gives you the option to cancel but no one to talk to. If you have opened the product it cannot be returned.

How can one 'try' a product without opening it?
