BIOMERIEUX is guilty of sexual harrassment and prejudice against people of color, they refuse to pay people of color the same wages as white people. Durham, North Carolina

I have personal knowledge of this situation concerning race.i can confirm that Biomerieux is an old fashioned company in the worst sense.I know that with regards to this situation heslehurst biomerieux openly discriminated against two black teachers,sarah adenle was targetted by biomerieux employees so much she had to be taken out of biomerieux bit by bit,i also know that deborah ramsey was refered in very bad terms on many occassions.i am aware that in the us their are very negative attitutes toward black employees even though their is a man of color in the management,he is know as a token..

i know people who work in france and in particular biomerieux do not want to work with people from the middle east and i know the human resources department will not interview people with middle east names,,this is common knowledge...

i hope to have first hand comments from an ex human resource manager soon..

it is a shame biomerieux have to threaten an elderly disabled lady they should go out of business....

tHE AUTHOR OF THIS REPORT REBECCA SUGGS HAS REPORTED BEEN THREATENED BY BIOMERIEUX AND BLACKMAILED,do this or .This is a tried and tested tactic of biomerieux ,in the case of the author an elderly disabled lady biomerieux saw a weak target.

In the other case biomerieux saw what they thought was a weak target they informed my wife who was six months pregnant that gangsters could come into our house.my wife was so ill she nearly lost our child.

they also informed my wife that I ,her husband could be physically attacked.

I was attacked twice and the police went into the company biomerieux to speak to them.

As a consequence of the threats by biomerieux my wife became ill and tried to end her life.

Biomerieux have a reputation of been a powerful company unfortunately they like to enforce this power over elderly disabled or pregnant women.

I agree with rebecca biomerieux should not be allowed to continue trading in the US or anywere in the world until they change their way of working.

I ask ripoffreport to help circulate this report around the US and the world.

I will attach a photo of my wife to this report taken 2 days after she tried to end her life,a photo biomerieux and their owner Alain Merieux have seen and refused to act upon.I will ask rebecca to add her photo so people can see who biomerieux attack and threaten.

  I am an elderly, 64 year old woman, who is disabled and I received a phone call from a man at Biomereuix on December 15, 2009.  He told me specifically to stop supporting my friend, who has a complaint against this company and to remove my complaint against this company from ripoffreport.com  He said that by identifying his company by name I am breaking the law. He said if I did not do these things he would take me to court.  At the time I did not know what to tell him so I just hung up on him.  Now, after some time to think about it I know that even if I could take my report off here I would not do it. This company is evil. They are guilty of threatening my friend and his family and now they are guilty of threatening me.  This appears to be normal business operations for them.  I might be old and disabled but I can and I will fight back against a company like this. They should not be allowed to do business in the great state of North Carolina or anywhere else in the United States.
